Every new active direct partner you introduced will unlocked one level up to 21%.
If you recruit a certain number of direct partners coupled with a certain team volume, you will move up your rank and receive matching bonuses from infinite levels.

Each direct sign up will unlocked an additional level and when you introduced 16 active direct partners, you've unlocked 21 levels at 5%.
